How to Export Your Claude Conversations

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open Claude Settings

Visit claude.aiand click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select "Settings" from the menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Privacy

In the Settings dialog, click on "Privacy" in the left sidebar. You'll find the "Export Data" option.

Step 3: Request Export

Click the "Export" button. Claude will prepare your data and send you an email with a download link. The link expires in 24 hours.

Step 4: Download Your Data

Check your email for a message from Anthropic. Click the download link to get your conversation archive.

Step 5: Import to AI Memory

Go to aimemory.pro and upload the JSON file. Your Claude conversations will be instantly searchable!
